I'm studying the Google UX Design Professional Certificate provided on Coursera in my free time to advance my designing skills. I've always been fascinated by the connection between technology and human interaction. I believe that good design is not just about making things look pretty, but about creating a seamless and intuitive user experience. This course gave me the opportunity to delve deeper into understanding user behaviour, needs, and motivations, and to learn how to translate these insights into effective design solutions. This opportunity resulted on a UX design for snack ordering mobile app for a movie theatre called MoviSnacks.
This app's design aims to address the pain point of long lines. This app is to allow people to avoid the long snack lines at the movie cinema by allowing them to place their order on an app for pick up or delivery to their seat in the cinema during the movie.
I'm excited to share that I will be earning the professional certificate in early December. I look forward to applying these skills in my future projects and contributing to creating user-friendly and impactful digital experiences.
